The first company took one look at my door and told me it could not be fixed and that I needed a new 18' 4 panel door. Matt had my door operating after 30 min. and came back the next morning with a new 18' brace for extra security. Completely fixed within 3 days of call and at a great price. Pleasantly surprised.
